- Bromelain from pineapple stem
- Papain from papaya
- Fungal protease from Aspergillus oryzae

Scientific evidence on the efficacy of enflog®
The efficacy of the enflog® enzymatic mixture is supported by scientific studies that have evaluated its action on bacterial biofilm. In particular, one study has demonstrated that enflog® is capable of:
- reduce Escherichia coli biofilm formation by 82.8%
- disrupt a pre-formed biofilm by up to 78.3%
