On March 9, the webinar “Improving urological care in an Italian urological practice: the model of the European Urological Center (CUrE)” took place, a moment of exchange and updating dedicated to health professionals involved in the management of urological pathologies.
Future Live is proud to have contributed to the implementation of the initiative, which offered the opportunity to discuss strategies and organizational models aimed at improving the quality of urological care.
Among the topics addressed during the meeting, particular attention was paid to the prevention of recurrence in renal stones, a fundamental aspect in the long-term management of patients. During the webinar, the role of citrates was highlighted, as they are recommended by the European Association of Urology (EAU) guidelines as early as after the first stone episode in patients considered at high risk of recurrence.
